Whistleblower Policy
—Cromwell European REIT (“CEREIT”) expects high standards of honesty, integrity and ethical and law-abiding behaviour.
—CEREIT encourages the reporting of any actual or suspected contravention of CEREIT’s ethical standards or legal obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, any actual or suspected contravention of CEREIT’s policies and procedures.
Making a report
Reports should be made to the dedicated email address CEREITwhistleblower@kpmg.com.sg.
CEREIT has engaged KPMG to provide an independent platform for employees as well as external parties to raise concerns in good faith about any perceived irregularity or misconduct, without fear of reprisal
If the concern being raised relates to a personal grievance or personal issues between employees, then the employee should refer to the relevant Human Resource Policy rather than to this Policy.
